Beds For Kids

Kids Single Beds, Double & King Single Beds A good night’s sleep for your child starts with a comfortable bed,...

What kinds of kids beds do we have?

At HipKids, we have kids beds in multiple sizes, including single, double and king-sized toddler beds. Many on offer come upholstered and with headboards, footboards, side rails and timber base slats.

Single beds are the perfect size for toddlers who've graduated from a cot into a bed, while double and king-sized choices may offer more space than your child needs now but are designed to grow with them. More space lets them sprawl out with books and electronic devices as they grow older and use their beds for relaxation and unwinding.

Loft beds are another great choice for kids who keep a lot of toys and belongings in their bedrooms. Some kids get a kick out of sleeping a bit higher off the ground and being able to slide out of bed in the morning. The extra height underneath a loft bed leaves room for plenty of storage.

Do we also sell mattresses?

Yes, HipKids does sell mattresses. Most of our kids’ beds and toddler beds don't include a mattress, but you can purchase a mattress separately. Browse latex pocket spring foam mattresses in various thicknesses, including 22 cm and 30 cm, in the size you need — choose from single, king single, double or queen to match the size of kids bed you're purchasing.

While selecting a mattress, you may want to consider a mattress protector, which shields the mattress surface from dampness and stains. Pick out a delightful set of sheets and pillowcases in patterns like paisley or bright yellow forget-me-nots, and create a peaceful bedroom your child feels comfortable sleeping in.

What age range are our beds for?

The great thing about HipKids' kids beds is many of them are designed to grow with your child. Beds like the Kodi Kids Wooden Bed have removable guard rails, which they might need at age 4 or 5, but once they're removed, the bed can last well into their teenage years.
