How Do I Create A Gift Registry?

Click "Create A Registry" button above. You will be asked to create an account and then simply follow the steps to set up your registry. 

How Do I Add Products To My Gift Registry

To add products to your registry browse the HipKids website and select the "Add To Registry" button under the "Add To Cart" button on Product Page.

How Do I Share My Gift Registry?

Once your registry is set up, there will be an option to share your registry. Simply click on "Share" button in your Registry Setup Page ,  copy link and share with your friends & family. 

Guests can also click on the "Find My Registry" button above and search using your name.

Can I Create A Registry In Store?

Yes, you can! You can create an account online and head into our store, HipKids team can create the registry for you. Either way, you will have access to all your registry details both in store and online.

How Do I Know If A Purchase Has Been Made Off My Registry?

You will receive an email every time someone purchases a gift from your registry!

Can Someone Help Me Setup My Registry?

Yes Ofcourse,  simply contact our customer service team via chat, email or phone 

When Will My Gifts Be Delivered?

Each time a friend or family member purchases a gift from your Registry, it will be sent directly to you at your nominated address. You will receive an email with the tracking once the item has been sent.

What Happens If A Product On My GIft Registry Goes Out Of Stock?

Unfortunately due to some instances an item you have selected may not be available to purchase for a period of time. This item will display as temporarily unavailable to your friends and family, but as soon as the stock is available, the button will update, ready for purchase

   How Do I find A Registry?

Guests can also click on the "Find My Registry" button above and search using your name. Please note that due to privacy reasons, a registry may be protected by a password that only the Registrant has access to. Please speak to your friend who sent you the invitation to receive the password as HipKids team do not have access to this

           Can I Buy Multiple Gifts?

Add as many gifts as you would like to your cart and go through the usual check out process
